Returns & Refunds

At Young Nutra, every product is carefully handled to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and integrity.

Due to the nature of our formulations, we accept returns only on unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which they were received.

Please do not return products without prior authorization.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• The cost of return shipping will be deducted from any approved refund.

• Any shipping costs incurred by Young Nutra in connection with the order may be deducted from the refund amount.

• Refunds are issued for the product purchase price only.

Subscription Orders

When you enroll in a subscription, your order will automatically renew according to the delivery schedule selected at checkout.

You may manage or cancel your subscription through your customer account by selecting Manage My Subscription. If you need assistance accessing your account, please contact us at Info@YoungNutra.com.

To avoid your next scheduled shipment, subscription changes or cancellations must be submitted at least five (5) business days before your next processing date.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and any approved refund will be subject to applicable shipping deductions.

Young Nutra reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions if payment cannot be successfully processed. We also reserve the right to update subscription pricing or fees with appropriate notice.
