Young Nutraceuticals offers industry-leading shipping and delivery services. Our Free 2-Day Shipping is provided to customers in the contiguous continental United States. We also offer expedited and international shipping for an extra charge. Nationwide delivery is a complicated process with many circumstances beyond our control, so we can't guarantee that your package will arrive in 2 days. However, we will make every effort to ensure a prompt delivery.
When you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. When your order has shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking number.
Young Nutraceuticals maintains a minimum rate of 95% same-day order fulfillment. However, orders can sometimes be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. If more than 7 business days have passed since you placed your order and it still has not arrived, please check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. Our Return Policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition in which it was received.
To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@YoungNutra.com or 479-553-7700. We will provide a return-shipping label for your return. The cost of this return label (usually only $2 or $3) will be deducted from your refund.

You may also choose to ship the item(s) to us with your own label. If you are shipping an item valued at $75 or more, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received, it will be inspected by our team. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It typically takes a few business days for the funds to appear on your original method of payment.
If it's been more than 7 business days and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account 'pending' balance.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@YoungNutra.com or call us at 479-553-7700 for instruction.
CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTIONS
You acknowledge and agree that by ordering our products on a Subscription basis, you are signing up for a Subscription with us. You agree to pay all applicable Subscription fees made known to you when you order your product(s).("Subscription Fees"). We may use a third party payment vendor ("Third-Party Payment Vendor") to process your payment of Subscription Fees. You warrant and represent that you are the valid owner or an authorized user, of the credit card or other payment card to such Third Party Payment Vendor, and that all information you provide is accurate.
It is important to note that when you sign up to use the Services, your Subscription will automatically renew until you cancel it. You may cancel after at least two recurring shipments are sent by clicking the 'Cancel' button in your account settings, or by notifying us in writing no later than five (5) business days before your next package is shipped. The cancellation will take effect for the following month. If you do not cancel, then your next product(s) will ship and applicable Subscription Fees will be charged to your credit card. Your account settings can be accessed by logging into your customer account, and clicking the link 'Manage my Subscriptions'. If you are unable to log into your account, please contact us for help at Info@YoungNutra.com.
Your right to use the Service or a specific product is conditional upon our receipt of payment of Subscription Fees. If payment cannot be charged to your credit card or if a charge is refunded for any reason, we reserve the right to immediately either suspend or terminate your access and account, thereby terminating this Agreement and all our obligations hereunder. We reserve the right to change any of the fees that we charge, or to institute new or additional fees, at any time upon notice to you.
