How to Take Mirica®
Dosage will vary according to individual needs. For those taking Mirica for general immune support and minor aches and pains, 2 capsules per day is recommended. Others will need to start with a higher dose, up to 5-6 capsules per day for at least four weeks to assess if Mirica is right for them. At that point, the daily dosage may be reduced gradually until the appropriate maintenance dose is determined. Most people will begin to experience benefits in the first week and will continue to see improvement over the first 2-3 months.
Starting Dose: Take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening with food for at least four weeks.
Maintenance Dose: Take 1 capsule with food twice daily.
How long does it take to work?
